All orders are forwarded as soon as they arrive, turn around time on made to order clothing (hoodies, t-shirts, pom-pom hats etc) varies but on average between 1-2 weeks. Returns will be refunded, minus a £5 (different for paddles) postage and packing / admin fee. Paddles now have 3 different options based on length.
